The manifold assembly was designed to be as as compact as possible and incorporate the pressure transducers into the manifold to minimise the amount of fittings used in the systems. This allows accurate measurement of the pressures in each line to enable precise data to be fed back to the cabinet controls.
The safety valve is a pilot operated pressure relief valve in screw-in cartridge construction with the thread M22x1,5 for a cavity in accordance with ISO 7789

Direct controlled proportional directional control valve with integrated amplifier electronics and spool position control in flange construction NG6. The valve is designed for operating pressures of 350 bar and for a maximum volume flow of 40 l/min. Four different volume flow levels are available.
he amplifier module SD6 serves as driver for proportional valves and (in the case of the 1-solenoid version) has one, or (in the case of the 2-solenoid version) two pulse-width- modulated current outputs with superimposed dither signal.
